For road transport: Trans T.B.F, S.A. (hereinafter the provider), governs its commercial activity as a carrier, transport operator by the LOTT (Law of Land Transport Organization), against companies and/or individuals (hereinafter clients), who contract its services.
For air transport: The provider and clients will be governed by those cases in which it is necessary by the provisions of the Air Navigation Law. Express and air shipments will have an increase in the rate for the fuel supplement (fuel), which will be reviewed and updated monthly and which can be consulted by the client.
Clients can arrange an all-risk insurance. The conditions are:
